All Walcott Rx instruments are guaranteed for life against manufacturing and material defects, if they are properly taken care of in accordance with recommended procedure. In the event you find any defects in your Walcott Rx instruments, we will replace or repair them free of charge.

 

 

If the desired quantity exceeds quantity in stock, we can backorder your items in compliance with our terms of delivery — 4–8 weeks.

Merchandise should be carefully packaged, insured and shipped prepaid to the U. S. A. office (or your local office internationally) together with a copy of your original invoice, stating your Name, Address and Contact Numbers. Please, enclose a brief explanation of the reason for return.

 

 

Any instruments may be returned within 30 days with no restocking charge, provided that the instrument is in its original undamaged condition.

Any instrument returned within 30–60 days after shipment is subject to a 10% restocking charge. No refunds are possible. You will receive a company credit towards future purchases only. No returns accepted after 60 days. Damaged instruments are subject to a repair charge.

 

No credit will be issued for:  Instruments damaged beyond repair.
